Job description

  • Administer and maintain Linux servers, virtualization infrastructure, shared storage, and Cisco networking equipment.
  • Manage Oracle Linux systems, user virtual machines, storage appliances, and identity services.
  • Perform vulnerability remediation, CVE assessments, and IAVM tracking to ensure optimal uptime and security., * Administer Oracle Linux 8, 9, and 10 systems, including installation, configuration, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage user virtual machines using Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM).
  • Maintain Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance shared storage infrastructure across operational environments.
  • Support FreeIPA identity and DNS services.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity and Cisco IOS-XE devices.
  • Assess Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs), track remediation efforts, and support IAVM compliance.
  • Document configurations, maintenance procedures, incident resolutions, and system changes.
  • Maintain high network and system availability to minimize downtime for end users.

Requirements

  • Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Years of experience: 14+ years
  • Total Compensation: $320k+ yearly (tentative)
