Job description
- Administer and maintain enterprise Linux servers, virtualization infrastructure, shared storage, and Cisco networking equipment.
- Manage Oracle Linux operating environments, virtual machines, storage appliances, and FreeIPA identity services.
- Perform vulnerability assessments, CVE remediation, and IAVM tracking to ensure minimal downtime and system security., * Administer Oracle Linux 8, 9, and 10 systems, including installation, configuration, patching, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Manage user virtual machines within Oracle Linux Virtualization Manager (OLVM).
- Maintain Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance (ZS11-2) shared storage across classified and unclassified environments.
- Support FreeIPA identity and DNS services for user environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot network connectivity and Cisco IOS-XE devices in coordination with network engineering teams.
- Assess Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVEs), track remediation efforts, and support ongoing IAVM management.
- Document system configurations, maintenance operating procedures, incident reports, and architecture changes.
- Maintain high system availability and manage network infrastructure to ensure minimal downtime for end users.

- Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Years of experience: 10+ years
- Total Compensation: $301k+ yearly (tentative)
