Installation und Einrichtung von Clientsystemen sowie Ansprechperson bei Kundenanfragen im Hard- und Softwarebereich Analyse und Bearbeitung der notwendigen IT-Wartungs- und Administration sowie Erstellen und Pflegen von Dokumentationen Betreuung der Datensicherung und Durchführung von Wiederherstellungen und die damit verbundene Behebung von Störungen

Requirements

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Erste Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Support Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen sowie im Umgang von Ticketsystemen Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
