Durchführung des 1st und 2nd Level Supports Monitoring und Sicherstellung der Citrix- und Terminalserverumgebungen Ansprechpartner/in bei Störungen im Netzwerkbereich Überwachung von Routern und Switches Dokumentation von Störungsmeldungen und Lösungen

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/r Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Netzwerk Erste Kenntnisse im Bereich IT-Security, Active Directory und Exchange Gute Englischkenntnisse Flexibilität sowie analytische Fähigkeiten
