Job description

Support für die gesamte IT-Infrastruktur inkl. Fragen zur Nutzung von Clients und virtuellen Desktops Unterstützung von Mitarbeitern per Remote, Mail und Telefon Benutzerverwaltung sowie die Pflege von Exchange Servern, Citrix Servern und Fileservern Lösung von Störungen im Bereich Hard- und Software Dokumentation der Störungsfälle im Ticketsystem

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/r Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration Fundierte Berufserfahrung im IT-Support Kenntnisse im Bereich Active Directory, Exchange und virtuellen Umgebungen Hohe Kundenorientierung Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
