Job description

Sicherstellung einer hohen Systemverfügbarkeit sowie Übernahme des 1st Level Supports und Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und -behebungen Unterstützung bei Umzügen und Rollouts Installation und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplätzen (Hard- und Software in den Bereichen PCs, Laptops und mobile Endgeräte) Mitwirkung bei Projektarbeiten im Bereich Dokument-Management-System, Diktier- und Spracherkennungssoftware sowie Videokonferenzen (Cisco-Webex, MS-Teams, Zoom) Pflege und Erstellung der technischen Dokumentation und Betreuung des Ticketsystems

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) oder Hochschulstudium der Informatik Gute Kenntnisse der Betriebssysteme Microsoft Office 2016 und 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point) sowie Microsoft Windows 10 Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Hohe technische Affinität sowie analytisches Denkvermögen Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsorientierung
