Telefonische Anwenderbetreuung für die Unternehmenssoftware Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung der eingehenden Meldungen in einem Ticketsystem Analyse und Identifikation von Fehlersituationen Beratung und Unterstützung der Anwender bei der Störungsbehebung Mitarbeit bei der Prozessoptimierung

Requirements

Abgeschlossene informationstechnische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Erste Berufserfahrung im Support Gute Kenntnisse über gängige Hard- und Software sowie SQL Selbstständige, vorausschauende Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität Kommunikationsstärke
