Print Specialist

• Manage color calibration and color management processes to ensure consistent, vibrant output across all printed materials.
• Interpret production documents such as layouts, specifications, and technical instructions to execute print jobs accurately.
• Perform machine maintenance, mechanical adjustments, and troubleshooting to optimize equipment performance.
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to identify and correct issues related to print quality or mechanical function.

• Proven experience operating industrial printing equipment including large-format printers, digital presses, or flexo presses.
• Strong knowledge of color management techniques and prepress software for preparing files for printing.
• Skilled in graphic design principles, layout design, typography, and print advertising concepts.
• Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance and mechanical adjustments on complex machinery.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes related to printing including paper handling, cutting, binding, and machining.
• Technical proficiency in using prepress software tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar programs.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout all stages of production.
• Ability to interpret technical documents accurately and follow detailed instructions for diverse print projects.
