Requirements
- 4+ years of Network Operations/NOC/Network Support experience
- Certified - CCNA Routing & Switching (equivalent certification)
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, Routing & Switching
- Experience troubleshooting network incidents, escalations, working with ISP
- Experience in Software Defined Networks and BGP, OSPF Protocols
- Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Splunk, Grafana, Datadog)
Optional/Preferred
- Basic Scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash)
- Network automation (Python)
- Basic AWS/Azure/GCP networking knowledge
- ISP/Telecom experience
- Satellite networking experience preferred
