Computer Repair Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Computer Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and repair services for a variety of computer systems in both business and residential environments. Your expertise will help ensure our clients’ hardware and software operate smoothly, enabling them to stay productive and connected. This position offers opportunities to work on desktop and laptop repairs, perform hardware diagnostics, and deliver both on-site and remote IT support.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair desktop computers and laptops, ensuring optimal performance
• Conduct hardware diagnostics to identify issues with computer components
• Perform hardware maintenance, upgrades, and replacements as needed
• Provide technical troubleshooting support for hardware and software problems
• Offer excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and understanding their needs
• Support network configurations, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and assisting with managed services
• Deliver remote support to resolve technical issues efficiently
• Conduct on-site support visits to address hardware repairs or network-related concerns
• Assist with general IT support tasks to maintain system stability and security

• Proven experience in computer repair, hardware diagnostics, and troubleshooting
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly
• Knowledge of networking concepts, managed services, and remote support tools
• Ability to perform hardware maintenance on desktops, laptops, and peripheral equipment effectively
• Familiarity with IT support procedures and best practices in a professional environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Must have a a valid driver’s license with a safe and clean driving record and have the ability to pass a pre-employment motor vehicle record check.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
