Job description
We are looking for an FMS V&V Test Engineer to test existing C++ avionics software and ensure compliance with DO-178 certification standards., * Perform software verification, validation, and testing.
- Test Flight Management Systems (FMS) and flight control software.
- Identify defects and verify software fixes.
- Execute functional, integration, and regression testing.
- Document test results and maintain certification records.
Requirements
- Experience with DO-178 standards.
- Strong C++ programming skills.
- Experience in software verification and validation (V&V).
- Experience with Flight Management Systems (FMS) and/or flight control software.
- Knowledge of avionics software testing and certification.
