Seeking Software Verification & Validation Engineers to test and verify existing software code against DO-178 aerospace software standards. This position focuses on C++ software verification, testing, and confirming compliance with established software requirements in a safety-critical engineering environment., * Test and verify existing C++ software to confirm expected functionality and compliance with DO-178 standards.

• Identify and document software discrepancies, failed tests, and potential compliance issues.
• Collaborate with software engineering and verification teams to investigate issues and support completion of verification activities.

• Hands-on DO-178 software verification and validation experience, including familiarity with aerospace software compliance requirements.
• Strong C++ experience, including the ability to understand, analyze, and test existing code.
• Practical software V&V/testing experience, including validating code behavior against defined requirements.

• Requires 1-2 weeks onsite per month, with the remaining weeks worked remotely.
• Monday-Friday, approximately 8 AM-5 PM, with overtime anticipated based on project needs.
• Estimated Pay: approximately $65-$80/hr, depending on experience and qualifications, with some flexibility for candidates with especially strong DO-178 verification and C++ experience.
