SAP ERP Basis Team Member

GovSG is seeking a SAP ERP Basis Team Member to support SAP systems hosted in cloud environments by executing runbooks, assisting with provisioning/refresh activities, monitoring health, and escalating issues to keep environments stable. This position is remote but based out of Washington D.C.., * Perform daily operational checks for SAP on cloud: availability, basic performance, batch health, and interface connectivity.

• Support SAP system lifecycle tasks under guidance: client copies, refreshes, transport readiness checks, start/stop procedures, and housekeeping.
• Assist with cloud-side tasks: VM instance checks, storage capacity monitoring, network connectivity validation, and tagging/compliance basics.
• Help with patching activities (OS-level coordination, maintenance windows) and post-change validation.
• Collect evidence/logs for incidents (SAP logs, OS metrics, cloud monitoring signals) and escalate with clear context.
• Maintain documentation: runbooks, environment inventories, and handover notes.
• Other duties as assigned

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * DoD Secret Clearance

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Demonstrated experience working with SAP Navy ERP systems
• Experience providing Tier 3 or advanced functional/technical support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train diverse user groups
• Understanding of Navy workflows, financial processes, or supply operations

• Paid time off, Salary: $130,000- $150,000. Actual compensation offered to candidate will vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
