SAP ERP Process Efficiency Team Member

• Lead end-to-end process diagnostics: root cause analysis, controls/exception analysis, and value quantification. Own efficiency KPI design and measurement (baseline target
• post-implementation verification).
• Design and implement solutions spanning SAP + adjacent tools: automation for exception handling and reconciliations workflow orchestration across teams/systems process standardization using templates and governance role-based dashboards and operational performance management
• Translate business problems into solution options with tradeoffs (cost/effort/risk/time-to-value).
• Partner with SAP functional teams (e.g., MM/SD/FI/CO) and integration teams to reduce manual steps.
• Drive change adoption: new ways of working, controls alignment, training approach, and operational handoff.
• Other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Demonstrated experience working with SAP Navy ERP systems
• Experience providing Tier 3 or advanced functional/technical support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train diverse user groups
• Understanding of Navy workflows, financial processes, or supply operations
