NOC Engineer

Responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting complex network architectures; terminating fiber and network cabling; and building, developing, and maintaining SD-WAN environments. The role also includes designing, writing, and updating system documentation and network diagrams, while independently administering, securing, and diagnosing enterprise-scale networks using routing protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and industry-standard network operating systems and tools. - Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting various network architectures - Designing, writing, and updating both system documentation and network diagrams - Terminating fiber and network cables - Building, developing, and maintaining SD-WAN environments

• Active Secret clearance
• 3+ years of hands-on technical networking experience
• Strong Cisco networking experience
• Hands-on Cisco switching and routing experience
• Network troubleshooting experience across LAN/WAN environments
• Understanding of routing, switching, WAN technologies, and general networking fundamentals
• Ability to troubleshoot network outages and connectivity issues
• Comfortable monitoring and supporting enterprise network infrastructure
• Ability to document troubleshooting and follow established SOP/escalation procedures
• Willingness to support applicable afternoon, night, and/or weekend shifts
• CCNA or CompTIA Network- Prior NOC experience
• SolarWinds or ScienceLogic SL1
• Cisco Prime, Cisco ISE, Cisco ASDM, Cisco Catalyst Center
• Cisco wireless/WLC experience
• Juniper
• Forerunner
• VMware ESXi
• Aruba
• Network authentication experience, including RADIUS, TACACS+, AAA, or 802.1X
