Job description

Respond to IT support calls and tickets
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and login issues
Assist with password resets and account support
Escalate complex issues when needed
Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements

Do you have experience in iOS?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * 2+ years of IT Help Desk / Technical Support experience

Call Centre or high-volume customer support experience
Experience supporting Outlook, MS Office, and Windows 7/10
Knowledge of Apple iOS devices
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Spanish-English bilingual required, * High school or equivalent (Required)
