Job description

  • Lead planning, design coordination, and ongoing management of system interfaces supporting capability delivery across the program.
  • Serve as the primary interface point of contact for T3 sustainment support, including complex incident analysis, defect triage, and resolution coordination.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Solution Architects, developers, testers, and operations teams to ensure interfaces are aligned to business needs and technical standards.
  • Manage cross-system dependencies, interface readiness, and sequencing across Agile teams and Agile Release Train (ART) activities.
  • Support PI Planning, backlog refinement, ART syncs, release planning, and system demos with interface-specific input and dependency tracking.
  • Oversee interface-related requirements, mapping documents, data transformation rules, message specifications, and operational support procedures.
  • Monitor interface performance, reliability, error trends, and support metrics to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective actions for production interface failures, data mismatches, or transaction processing issues.
  • Ensure interface designs and support processes align with security, compliance, data integrity, and enterprise architecture standards.
  • Drive proactive remediation of recurring defects, technical debt, and supportability gaps affecting interface stability and capability delivery.
  • Maintain documentation for interface inventories, control points, failure scenarios, recovery procedures, and integration dependencies.
  • Communicate interface risks, impacts, and decisions clearly to program leadership and stakeholders.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, The Interface Lead is responsible for overseeing MOCAS interface design, coordination, sustainment, and issue resolution across a special project operating in a scaled Agile environment. This role ensures system interfaces, integrations, and data exchanges support capability delivery while remaining stable, secure, and operationally effective in production. The Interface Lead serves as the primary point of coordination across product, architecture, engineering, testing, and operations teams for interface-related planning, defect triage, dependency management, and Tier 3 (T3) sustainment support. The ideal candidate combines strong integration expertise with Agile delivery discipline and the ability to manage complex cross-team coordination in a dynamic environment., * DoD Secret Clearance

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Demonstrated experience working with SAP Navy ERP systems
  • Experience providing Tier 3 or advanced functional/technical support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train diverse user groups
  • Understanding of Navy workflows, financial processes, or supply operations
