IT Support Specialist

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for staff
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
• Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
• Monitor and maintain network security and data backup systems
• Provide training and support to staff on new technology and software
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues
• Create and maintain technical documentation and procedures
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Do you have experience in Vendor communication?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role
• Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and software applications
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Knowledge of network security and data backup procedures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
