IT Support Specialist

• Provide technical support to ensure smooth operation of computer systems, hardware, and software
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, perform troubleshooting, and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Create and manage user accounts,, and access rights
• Collaborate with IT team members to implement IT projects and initiatives
• Assist in the implementation of cybersecurity measures to protect data and systems

• Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
• Knowledge of computer systems, networking, and IT protocols
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Certifications in IT support or related field may be preferred

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in IT support roles
• Experience working in a legal or professional services environment is a plus
• Knowledge of legal industry-specific software and systems
• Experience with cloud-based services and remote support tools

• Minimum Salary: $25 per hour
• Maximum Salary: $35 per hour
