Job description

o Collaborating with multiple teams to ensure uptime and operational efficiency.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements: o High school diploma or equivalent. o Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (following safety guidelines). o Comfortable working on ladders and in varying temperatures. o Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts on a rotating schedule. o Ability to complete OSHA 10 Construction Certification before start date. o Strong work ethic, coachability, curiosity, and willingness to learn. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: o Previous data center experience. o Experience with server hardware, cabling, rack installation, or break/fix support. o General technical proficiency (computers, email, Excel, ticketing systems). o Experience in IT support, field service, telecom, or electronics environments.
