- Responding to real-time incidents and supporting system uptime
- Working hands-on with servers, cables, and infrastructure
- Collaborating with team members and escalating issues when needed
- Supporting ongoing operations and helping improve processes

- Sunday - Wednesday OR Wednesday - Saturday
- Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM / 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 4:30 AM / 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM
