Requirements

o (other examples include - codeium, tabnine, amazon Q developer, codewhisperer, jetbrains, cursor, windsurf, sourcegraph cody, openAI) AI experience with Github Copilot

Insight Global is hiring a Fullstack Web Developer to join a large insurance organization in Urbandale, IA. This role will be part of a team that is actively adopting an AI first engineering approach, focused on building and integrating intelligent agents across the organization.

In this position, you’ll have access to GitHub Copilot with leading AI models, and you’ll collaborate closely with AI agents to understand and navigate the existing codebase. The team operates using a compound engineering model, where each enhancement improves the system’s ability to evolve and scale. This is a hands on fullstack role ideal for engineers who enjoy modern development practices, working alongside AI tools, and contributing to forward thinking engineering workflows.

Pay rate varies based on years of experience, ranging $50 - $65/hr
