Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Senior Software Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
- Design, develop, test, and implement large-scale web applications.
- Work on both frontend GUI and backend application development.
- Strong experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Design, develop, and maintain APIs and system interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with REST, RPC, JSON, ProtoBuf, and XML.
- Strong database design and query experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Troubleshoot application performance, response time, capacity, and system issues.
- Ensure application data quality, integrity, and consistency.
- Collaborate with business teams, technology teams, and external vendors.
- Maintain technical documentation for developed applications.
- Knowledge of integrating GenAI into software development workflows.
- Preferred experience with RSpec, MiniTest, CircleCI, Jenkins, DevOps, and AWS.
- Knowledge of GoLang, Java, C++, Rust, Erlang, or similar programming languages is preferred.
