Business IT Support Technician

This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn, grow, and make an immediate impact. You’ll assist businesses with everyday technical issues, help maintain systems, and support our team in delivering reliable service to our clients.

What You’ll Do

• Provide support for hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Set up computers, user accounts, and email access
• Assist with system updates and routine maintenance
• Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues
• Document work clearly and accurately
• Work closely with senior technician to grow your skills
• Deliver friendly, professional support to clients
