Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced Front End Engineer to join our team in delivering modern, scalable, and high-performing web applications. This role will focus on building pixel-perfect user interfaces, enhancing customer-facing experiences, and collaborating across design, development, and QA teams., * Translate design mockups into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript implementations

Develop and maintain modern, scalable front-end applications and user-facing features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage projects through design, development, and QA phases
Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability
Ensure validation of user inputs before backend submission
Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards
Standardize QA processes, oversee testing, and contribute to bug fixes and enhancements
Work within CMS, eCommerce platforms, and modern web frameworks
Configure and manage plugins to support website functionality
Contribute to ongoing redesign and maintenance initiatives impacting customer experience
Identify development blockers and implement creative, compliant solutions
Stay current with web development trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
8+ years of professional front-end development experience
Strong expertise in:
HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
Modern front-end architecture and best practices
Proven experience working in structured development and QA environments
Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization and scalability

Preferred Skills

Experience with React (Remix or React Router strongly preferred)
Experience with Node.js and Express building/working with actual web servers
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
Experience working with CMS and eCommerce platforms
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (with the ability to review and validate generated code)
