Job description

  • Support and administer Windows Server/Client, AD, Microsoft 365/Exchange, SQL, RDS
  • Manage monitoring, patching, backups, performance, and capacity
  • Troubleshoot escalations across servers, networking, identity, and security
  • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational standards
  • Support Hyper-V/VMware and contribute to automation (PowerShell/RMM)
  • Strengthen security: MFA, identity hardening, patching, endpoint protection
  • Manage Microsoft Entra, conditional access, and Azure workload optimization
  • Participate in on-call rotation after 3 months

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems engineering?, * 6+ years in IT/System Engineering (Microsoft-focused)

  • Experience with Hyper-V or VMware
  • PowerShell and automation/RMM proficiency
  • Strong networking fundamentals (DNS/DHCP, VPN, firewalls)
  • Solid cybersecurity awareness and operational discipline
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
