Implementation Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead the onboarding and implementation of technology solutions for small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients. This role will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, ensuring a smooth transition, successful product adoption, and an exceptional customer experience., * Manage end-to-end implementation projects for new client accounts

• Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the onboarding process
• Conduct project kickoff meetings and establish implementation timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful product setup and deployment
• Support implementations involving online ordering, loyalty programs, mobile applications, and related platform solutions
• Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
• Identify and resolve implementation challenges, technical issues, and client concerns
• Educate clients on platform functionality, features, and best practices
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to drive successful outcomes
• Maintain accurate project documentation and implementation records
• Gather customer feedback and communicate improvement opportunities to internal stakeholders
• Ensure a positive onboarding experience that promotes long-term client success

Do you have experience in Managing projects?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, The ideal candidate will have experience managing client implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, troubleshooting technical issues, and driving projects to completion within established timelines. Experience working with SaaS platforms, POS systems, or customer onboarding programs is highly preferred., * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• 3+ years of experience in implementation, project management, onboarding, customer success, or account management
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and client-facing environments
• Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
• Proficiency with business applications, project management tools, and CRM platforms
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with POS platforms such as Toast, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, NCR, or similar systems
• SaaS implementation or software deployment experience
• Background supporting SMB clients
• Experience in merchant services, digital commerce, online ordering, or customer onboarding environments
