Job description

  • Provide onsite, in-person technical support for warehouse and distribution employees
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 technical issues via service tickets (ServiceNow or similar)
  • Perform hardware support and device triage, including Dell laptops, desktops, monitors, RF scan guns, Zebra printers, and label printing equipment
  • Support printer setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting (enterprise and warehouse printers)
  • Execute device imaging, setup, deployment, and upgrades to ensure operational efficiency

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT support experience in a hands-on, onsite environment
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting and printer support (Zebra preferred)
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse devices (preferred)
  • Experience working in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments (strongly preferred)
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
