Level 1 Support Technician

We are seeking an Level 1 Technician to join our team. As an Entry Level Technician, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their systems and devices., Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for mobile devices, office equipment, and LAN connectivity
• Assist with setting up and configuring devices, software, and operating systems
• Collaborate with the help desk team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems
• Document all support activities and resolutions in a timely manner
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates on systems to ensure optimal performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, Strong technical aptitude and interest in technology

• Knowledge of mobile devices, office equipment, LAN connectivity, and operating systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Effective communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with networking equipment
• Certification in relevant technologies
