Desktop Support SME

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support professional to assess the client’s current desktop support environment and recommend improvements. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with desktop support, endpoint management, and ManageEngine Desktop Central (Endpoint Central).

The role involves reviewing current processes, identifying gaps, suggesting best practices, and creating a roadmap with recommendations and timelines to improve desktop operations and end-user support., * Assess the current desktop support and endpoint management environment.

• Review software deployment, patch management, asset management, and support processes.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend best practices.
• Develop a clear improvement plan with solutions, priorities, and timelines.
• Optimize the use of ManageEngine Desktop Central (Endpoint Central).
• Work closely with customer IT teams and stakeholders.
• Document findings and recommendations.

Do you have experience in UEM?, * Strong Desktop Support and End-User Support experience.

• Hands-on experience with ManageEngine Desktop Central (Endpoint Central).
• Windows desktop administration and troubleshooting.
• Software deployment and patch management.
• Endpoint management and asset management.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience

• 5+ years of Desktop Support, System Administration, or Endpoint Management experience.
• Experience with SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, or PowerShell is a plus.
