Job description

  • Lead and coordinate a team of 10 desktop technicians onsite
  • Assign daily work areas across departments and floors
  • Track progress and ensure full coverage of assigned areas
  • Validate collected data against asset systems (e.g., Tanium)
  • Investigate discrepancies in device counts and locations
  • Coordinate scheduling and access with department and clinical staff
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of all documentation
  • Serve as the primary onsite liaison between the team and client leadership

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software deployment?, readiness initiative. This individual will lead an onsite team responsible for performing a comprehensive inventory of IT equipment across hospital environments. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment., * 7+ years in desktop support / field services / IT operations

  • Experience leading deployments, migrations, or inventory projects
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable working onsite in hospital environments
  • Ability to manage ambiguous or incomplete data

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in hospital or healthcare environments
  • Familiarity with asset management tools (Tanium, ServiceNow, SCCM, etc.)
  • Experience supporting large enterprise environments (10K+ devices)
  • Prior involvement in device inventory, audits, or rollout programs
  • Certifications such as:

o CompTIA A+

o Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)

o ITIL Foundation

  • Experience coordinating with clinical or non-technical stakeholders
  • Background in multi-site IT operations or field deployments, * desktop support / field services / IT operations: 7 years (Required)
  • leading deployments, migrations, or inventory projects: 1 year (Required)
  • manage ambiguous or incomplete data: 1 year (Required)
  • ospital or healthcare environments: 1 year (Preferred)
