Job description

As a Paid Media Analyst in our Advertising Department, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our Media Buyers and the Director of Paid Media. In this role, you will take ownership of key client accounts, acting as the primary driver of campaign strategy, advanced optimization, and performance analysis. You will be highly client-facing, leading performance reviews, reviewing live dashboards, and translating complex analytics into clear, business-driving recommendations., * Develop, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms

  • Identify, create, and manage target audiences for maximum engagement
  • Manage campaign budgets and bids to achieve optimal performance
  • Track and analyze campaign metrics, preparing actionable reports
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align ad copy, visuals, and messaging
  • Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns using ad platforms and analytics tools
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies
  • Plan and execute A/B tests to improve campaign performance
  • Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies and brand guidelines
  • Communicate strategies and performance insights to clients and internal teams

Requirements

Do you have experience in Time management?, * 3-5 years of paid media experience (with a strong focus on data analysis, strategic optimization, and direct client management.)

  • Understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Familiarity with campaign setup, tracking, optimization and reporting
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in managing budgets and ad creatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external communication
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and strategies
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic understanding of audience targeting and segmentation
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
