Job description

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and ETL tools such as Talend and Bash scripts to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports utilizing Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other visualization platforms to communicate insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Manage the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for data projects, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Perform business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements through data-driven solutions.
  • Develop database schemas and optimize database design using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar systems for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Support project management efforts by tracking progress, documenting workflows in Visio, and ensuring timely delivery of analytics initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Knowledge of programming languages including R and Python for statistical analysis and automation tasks.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes using Talend or similar tools; experience with database design on platforms like Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server is preferred.
  • Understanding of Business Analysis principles combined with project management skills in an Agile setting.
  • Ability to work with Linked Data sources and implement analytics solutions that integrate multiple data streams.
  • Experience with VBA scripting, Bash (Unix shell), or other automation techniques is a plus.
