IT Asset Management Supervisor

We are seeking a hands-on IT Asset Management Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our Asset Management department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and is committed to maintaining secure and efficient asset handling processes., * Supervise and support Asset Management team members in daily operational tasks

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments while maintaining accurate inventory tracking
• Ensure secure handling, data wiping, and hard drive shredding in compliance with NAID standards
• Train and retrain staff on operational procedures, safety protocols, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to support customer communication and workflow efficiency
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment

Do you have experience in Team supervision?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent required.

• 2-5 years of IT asset management, warehouse, or operations experience
• 3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and lead by example in a hands-on environment
