IT Asset Management Technician

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented IT Asset Management Technician to support IT asset deployment, inventory management, and hardware refresh operations. The ideal candidate will assist with configuring and deploying desktops, laptops, monitors, and related equipment in a Windows 11 environment while maintaining accurate asset records and supporting day-to-day IT operations., * Inventory, organize, and track IT equipment and assets

• Unbox, stage, and prepare desktops, laptops, monitors, and accessories
• Apply Windows 11 OS images using SCCM and Intune
• Install and configure software in a Windows 11 environment
• Update and maintain asset records in ServiceNow
• Deploy and configure IT assets as required
• Assist with decommissioning and disposal of outdated equipment
• Follow organizational IT standards, procedures, and asset management processes

Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Basic knowledge of Windows OS and imaging tools

• Familiarity with SCCM and/or Microsoft Intune
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Good communication and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass state and national background checks
• Availability to work onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Business casual attire required, * image using SCCM: 3 years (Required)
• Inventory management: 3 years (Required)
• IT asset asset records in ServiceNow: 2 years (Required)
• Deploying assets: 3 years (Required)
