Job description

  • Design and implement an MCP (Model/Agent Communication Platform) enabling agent orchestration, communication, and observability
  • Build and scale ETL/ELT data pipelines supporting AI/LLM and analytics use cases
  • Develop frameworks for agent monitoring, control, and traceability
  • Integrate AI systems with enterprise data platforms, APIs, and cloud services
  • Support data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration workflows
  • Ensure performance, scalability, resilience, and reliability of AI-driven systems
  • Participate in Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines
  • Troubleshoot complex system issues using root-cause analysis and observability tools
  • Produce and maintain clear technical documentation

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical writing within technology?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * 5+ years of experience in software engineering or data engineering

  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Experience building APIs and microservices-based architectures
  • Hands-on experience with data pipelines and distributed or event-driven systems
  • Solid understanding of observability (logging, monitoring, tracing)
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and system-design skills

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with AI/LLM integration and workflows
  • Exposure to agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, similar)
  • Familiarity with LLMOps or MLOps practices
  • Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or RAG architectures
  • Cloud experience with Azure, GCP, or AWS
  • Experience in healthcare or regulated industries

Education & Certifications You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field OR

  • Associate’s degree with 2+ additional years of relevant engineering experience OR

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience coding applications/services in a high-level language
