• Implement individualized program plans and engage participants in enriching activities
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive environment
• Support community outings and meaningful social experiences
• Maintain accurate documentation using agency systems
• Assist with safe transportation of participants using agency vehicles
• Respond calmly and effectively to behavioral or emergency situations, * Assisting with lifting, transferring, personal care/hygiene and mobility support
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching
• Working in environments with varying noise levels and conditions
• Attend community outings and events with indivduals
• driving agency vehicles
• Following safety, sanitation, and infection control protocols

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in First aid and CPR?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or GED

• Valid Connecticut driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, AED, ( Medication Administration certifications if required)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Comfort using computers and basic software
• A compassionate, patient, and reliable approach to care
