Entry-Level Graphic Designer / Web Designer

Minn Heating & Cooling is seeking a creative and motivated Entry-Level Graphic Designer / Web Designer to help grow our brand and online presence.

This position is ideal for someone looking to build experience in graphic design, website management, social media marketing, and content creation. You’ll work directly with our team to create marketing materials, update our website, and help showcase our HVAC services across multiple platforms. Some in-office work will be required, but a lot of work can be done remotely.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media posts and advertisements
• Design marketing materials, flyers, and promotional content
• Create, update and maintain company websites
• Assist with website design and new page creation
• Create and schedule social media content
• Ensure branding remains consistent across all platforms
• Help develop new ideas for online marketing campaigns
• Take existing content and turn it into engaging graphics and posts

Do you have experience in WordPress?, * Basic experience with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)

• Familiarity with website builders, WordPress, or web design platforms
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative mindset and willingness to learn
• Good written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience with social media marketing
• Basic knowledge of SEO
• Photography, videography, or content creation experience a plus
