Custom Home Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Custom Home Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end residential construction projects. In this role, you will oversee all phases of custom home development, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in construction management, project scheduling, and client communication will drive successful project outcomes and exceptional customer satisfaction. Experience with demolition, floor installation, cabinet installation, framing, finish work, painting, drywall, tile, roofing, window installation, siding, soffits, gutters, light plumbing, and light electrical work is preferred. - A well-rounded understanding of all aspects of construction is desirable, though specific experience in every area is not strictly, * Lead the projects from initial design review through construction completion, ensuring adherence to schematics, blueprints, and contractual agreements.

• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and civil drawings like Civil 3D to guide on-site execution and troubleshoot technical issues proactively.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless communication and project alignment.
• Monitor project progress regularly through site visits and project management software; adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure timely completion of all documentation including reports, incident logs, and progress updates., * Most work is in the Summit County area and possible travel to other areas of Utah for cabinet installs. Will you be willing to go over night, out of town for several days?

Do you have experience in Time management?, required; a willingness to learn is essential., * Extensive experience with construction site management in custom home building environments.

• Skilled in project scheduling and resource allocation to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Excellent blueprint reading abilities along with familiarity with schematics and technical drawings.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with effective time management skills.
• Deep knowledge of construction safety protocols, building codes, and quality assurance practices.
