IT Technician

We are seeking an experienced IT Technician for a contract opportunity in Van Nuys, CA within the aerospace and defense industry. The IT Technician will play a key role in keeping hardware, software, operating systems, networks, and peripheral devices running efficiently. • Provide responsive technical support to end users, including guidance, training, issue resolution, and technology assistance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and user-related technical problems through root-cause analysis and effective corrective action.
• Deploy new hardware, software, and technology solutions in alignment with organizational standards and established IT procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance, routine servicing, system updates, and equipment checks to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT personnel while maintaining communication, tracking, and follow-through through resolution., AppleOne participates in the E-Verify program in certain locations as required by law.
