• Main responsibility is to administer KSP Desktops, Notebooks, and Mobile Data Terminals (and accompanying equipment).
• Hardware and software support, including specialized law enforcement software and devices.
• Assist with IT equipment in KSP cruisers.
• Work with vendors for support on workstation issues.
• Coordinate with Tier 1 and 3 personnel on support issues
• Work with the IT Ticket System
• Performs other tasks and duties as assigned or needed by the agency.

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Windows desktop operating systems support client hardware and software, including Office 365 applications.
