Job description

We’re partnering with a well-established ERP software provider that’s hiring a Senior Account Executive to own new business development and run a full-cycle, consultative ERP sale.

This is built for a true ERP hunter who can prospect, uncover pain, run a strong discovery process, and sell value to operational and financial stakeholders. If you like complex sales, manufacturing environments, and winning deals you can be proud of, this one will land.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for ERP, and MES solutions
  • Run consultative discovery to understand workflows, bottlenecks, and business processes
  • Deliver demos, presentations, and proposals to decision-makers
  • Build ROI models and value-based business cases that tie to operational outcomes
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract close
  • Negotiate pricing and terms while protecting margin and driving win rates
  • Track pipeline, activities, and forecast accuracy in CRM
  • Partner with technical + implementation teams for clean handoffs and smooth onboarding

Requirements

Do you have experience in Solution selling approach?, * 4+ years of ERP software sales, MES sales, or CAD/CAM solution sales experience

  • Proven B2B consultative, value-based selling (discovery ? demo ? proposal ? close)
  • Strong hunter skillset: outbound prospecting, qualification, pipeline management
  • Experience selling into manufacturing environments (foundry/metalcasting a big plus)
  • Comfortable selling to multiple stakeholders (Ops, Plant Leadership, Finance, Ownership)
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint or similar)
  • Self-directed, competitive, and consistent about activity and follow-through
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
