Empirical is seeking a high-impact Program Manager to lead a major financial systems modernization and cutover effort. This role is ideal for a senior program manager who thrives in complex environments, drives enterprise-wide transformation, and owns full-lifecycle migration from legacy systems to modern platforms.

What You’ll Do:
- Drive a large-scale financial system cutover from legacy platforms to a modernized solution.
- Oversee development, review, and submission of lifecycle documentation, project plans, requirements, test materials, and process artifacts.
- Facilitate collaboration across program leadership, SMEs, technical teams, and partner organizations to ensure alignment and timely execution.
- Support test planning, readiness, execution, defect management, and evaluation reporting throughout modernization phases.
- Lead Business Process Reengineering, Change Management, communications, and stakeholder engagement to support transition readiness.
- Manage dashboards, Integrated Master Schedule, SOPs, knowledge repositories, and program records to ensure transparency and control.
- Provide analytical assessments, recommendations, and decision support to program leadership.
- Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation stabilization, including lessons learned and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Master’s in Information Systems, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field
- PMP certification
- 10+ years of program/project management experience in IT, financial systems, or modernization initiatives
- 10+ years of full-lifecycle experience, including data migration and cutover execution
- SAP experience-especially with financial modules, data structures, or migration-preferred
- Proven ability to lead high-visibility, mission-critical programs
- Federal government program management experience preferred
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-support skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation or security clearance
