Job description

  • Working in a team setting to provide on-site and remote desktop and server support
  • Perform preventative maintenance on servers and workstations
  • Install software and hardware both remotely and at customer location
  • Respond to phone calls in a timely manner during working hours and when on-call
  • Follow through on work orders within established service level agreements
  • Maintain time records, ticket tracking and other customer documentation in real-time
  • Other duties may be assigned to meet company or client objectives

Requirements

  • Ability to gather information, evaluate options and offer good solutions
  • High degree of knowledge with computer hardware, software and networking
  • Demonstrate ability to understand and conform to industry standard and vendor specific methodologies
  • Ability to respond quickly, competently and patiently to customer requests
  • Ability to work with little supervision, * A+, Network+, Microsoft certification, Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proficient with mainstream Microsoft Windows products
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills and team orientation
  • Above average written and verbal communication skills
  • High-level of professionalism, integrity and commitment to quality
  • Desire to pursue applicable certifications
