Routing and Productivity Specialist

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Routing and Productivity Specialist to optimize our transportation operations and enhance supply chain efficiency. In this vital role, you will leverage data analytics, process improvement techniques, and industry-leading systems to streamline routing, improve productivity, and support continuous improvement initiatives across our logistics network. Duties

• Utilize routing software, GIS tools, and operational data to support decision-making
• Collect and analyze supply chain data from ERP systems,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Analyze service, mileage, fuel, and productivity metrics.
• Assist with route audits, territory planning, and operational reporting.
• Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
