Job description

Install, configure, and maintain restaurant POS systems.
Set up and support Aldelo Express and Aldelo POS platforms.
Configure menus, modifiers, pricing, and kitchen workflows.
Install and troubleshoot printers, cash drawers, scanners, and network devices.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to restaurant clients.
Train restaurant staff on daily POS operations.
Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with sales and implementation teams during new merchant installations.
Ensure smooth POS operations and customer satisfaction.

Hands-on experience with Aldelo Express.
Hands-on experience with Aldelo POS.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and kitchen printing workflows.
Experience with:
Epson Printers
Windows Operating Systems
Network Configuration
Routers and Wi-Fi Setup
Payment Processing Equipment
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Bilingual English and Chinese preferred.

Toast POS
Square POS
PAX Payment Terminals
Credit Card Processing Systems
