IT Support Specialist (Law Firm) - Up to $50/hr.

A highly respected litigation law firm is seeking a Technology Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support for attorneys and professional staff. This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and working in a fast-paced legal environment where technology is critical to daily operations.

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and remote access solutions
• Deliver help desk support through phone, remote assistance, and desk-side support
• Configure, image, deploy, and maintain desktop and laptop systems
• Respond to technical service requests and resolve hardware and software issues
• Manage support tickets and communicate updates to users in a timely manner
• Support conference room technology and ensure meeting spaces remain operational
• Assist with user account administration, access management, and technology onboarding

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Minimum 2+ years of technical support experience within a law firm environment

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Windows-based systems
• Expertise with Active Directory, Group Policy, user provisioning, and access management
• Experience imaging computers, deploying software, and creating system images
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure administration
• Experience supporting servers, network switches, firewalls, LAN segmentation, email routing, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
• Familiarity with legal software applications such as CCC Macros and Compulaw
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment, * technical support within a law firm environment: 2 years (Required)
