Application Support Administrator

• Provide production support for expanding services supporting existing Print & Mail clients
• Support workflow development processes
• Support print-on-demand commerce systems
• Support production control and billing systems
• Perform QC and UAT processes for new client onboarding services
• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
• Manage and support business process applications
• Work with ticketing systems to track and resolve support requests
• Assist with application administration and ongoing system support.

Do you have experience in User acceptance testing?, * Demonstrable application/software support skills and experience

• Experience supporting enterprise applications and/or business process applications
• Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems preferred
• Knowledge of infrastructure concepts such as networking and Active Directory is helpful
• Experience with production support environments
• Understanding of quality control (QC) and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes
• Coding or scripting knowledge is a plus, including:
• Bash
• PowerShell
• JavaScript
• Python
• Other scripting languages

$23 - $28 an hour - Full-time, Contract
