- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews to promote transparency and continuous improvement.
- Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams to deepen their understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformations by designing tailored coaching strategies aligned with organizational goals and culture.
- Promote the adoption of Agile tools such as Jira, VersionOne, TFS (Team Foundation Server), Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Visio to streamline workflows and collaboration.
- Support project teams in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), release management, and test-driven development (TDD) to ensure quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective project management methodologies including SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), Waterfall, and IT governance standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing metrics related to project scheduling, IT infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS), disaster recovery planning, and program management.

In this role, you will champion Agile methodologies across teams, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and ensure the successful adoption of Agile principles at all levels of the organization. Your expertise will drive efficiency, enhance team performance, and support our strategic objectives by integrating industry best practices such as SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence organizational agility, promote best practices in enterprise software development, and optimize project delivery through effective coaching and leadership., * Extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and their application in enterprise software environments.
- Proficiency with project management software including Jira, VersionOne, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms like AWS along with IT infrastructure management and disaster recovery strategies.
- Experience with requirements gathering techniques, user acceptance testing (UAT), test case creation, and test-driven development (TDD).
- Familiarity with databases such as SQL and Oracle for data analysis and reporting purposes.
- Ability to lead complex projects using project management methodologies like PMBOK; skilled in project scheduling and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively across teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership in program management, release planning, IT governance compliance, and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong analysis skills for identifying process improvements; adept at time management to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
