Job description

A large telecommunication company is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow technologies. This implementation is in support of the sales and marketing teams within the company. This role involves working closely with a scrum team to implement and improve the CRM tool to create efficiencies.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development

Experience with ITSM, TSM, CSM or FSM

Workspace development

Proficiency in C#, .NET, Javascript, and SQL Server

Experience with API Integration, data migration and custom entity development

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Telecommunications Experience
